I continue to rely on Floom for the curated selection of local florists in the UK. The selections have always been unique and excellent. Deliveries have always been timely and done with care. My recipients have been delighted, every time. Thank you.

The courrier delivered the bouquet 1 week earlier. Besides, the recipient was disappointed with the quality of the "luxury" bouquet. Partial refund was made, but I would never ever reorder from Floom.

i heard the wreath was beautiful. but nobody called my daughter to tell her when it wud be delivered to her mother in law ( who is handicapped) which i REQUESTED so she cud be aware of delivery time

We needed to change the delivery address, but the automated bot did not provide useful information and no one answered the phone number provided despite multiple attempts. So in the end our very expensive flowers were delivered to the wrong person.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The recipients were delighted!

This flower arrangement is not remotely resembled to the one that was shown on the website. The flowers are partially “dried” and “dead”

This is the best online place to buy beautiful, artisan bouquets. I'm particularly fond of Zita Elze's bouquets and have ordered from her company on more than one occasion. They're works of art, they're not just bouquets! The only thing I would mention is that of course, depending on the season some flowers may be swapped as needed. While I have always found the swaps to be just as beautiful as the bouquet advertised, on the last occasion the bouquet looked less full and therefore less luxurious. Having the bouquet arrive with the full look advertised is really important, and honestly, it would make me hesitate slightly next time when placing an order.

The flowers ordered were expensive (£250 exc delivery) and when delivered did not match the product advertised. There were fewer roses and larger roses which made the arrangement look cheap, the filler flowers were different and cheap and the foliage was missing. The flowers were meant to look like a delicate heart for valentine's but looked like a funeral arrangement. On expressing my concerns with the obvious difference Floom dismissed it despite giving a guarantee on their website that if the flowers do not match what is advertised they would refund the money- I would be happy for the correct flowers to be sent rather than a refund but they did not even offer this. Furthermore, communication is bad. AVOID this company. Better deal directly with the florist.

Amazing service… the flowers looked exactly like the picture on the website and were delivered early in the morning on the delivery day which was wonderful. I was slightly surprised that the flowers were from a florist in Surrey for an order to an address in Leicestershire …. Supporting local florists and climate awareness are perhaps things that could be improved on in the future. I would definitely use Floom again - they are expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Just lovely and delivered in great shape on time

I ordered flowers late afternoon last Friday to be delivered the next day as a thank you to somebody. They arrived the following afternoon and the person who received them was absolutely delighted. She said they were totally stunning and she absolutely loved the pumpkin vase they came in. I'd trawled through a number of flower delivery sites and came across Floom which had unusual but lovely flower arrangements. I had seen them on a survey which rated them highly so I was quite confident when ordering and was not disappointed.

The flowers are incredibly expensive for what i received.

Flooming excellent experience, had some flowers delivered recently for my boss. Next day delivery - you actually called me to double check delivery (vs just guess) and my boss said they were the nicest peony ever. But what really impressed me was that for an online order you made the effort to hand write the card message I submitted. Class act

I was looking to send flowers to a friend on the mainland and happened to find Floom. Super easy to find florists nearby, quick delivery and an absolutely gorgeous bouquet! Highly reccomend.

Had to purchase sympathy flowers to send from US to my boss in the UK and this site made it so easy and she absolutely LOVED the arrangements.

its a fabulous idea and i got some sublime flowers for a colleague ahead of her wedding i spoke to someone on the phone and they helped deal direct with the florist to get what i wanted

I purchased some flowers for my wife’s first Valentine’s Day. They were £95. Said they would arrive between 10am and 6pm. Not had anything turn up. I don’t understand how they could have been planned to arrive but not arrive? £15 delivery? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
