We aim to combine a beautiful to look at, easy-to-use and flexible flower delivery service with the spark and magic that only the most passionate and skilled local florists can bring to a bouquet. We handpick every florist that we work with to ensure they share our values and our commitment to providing amazing online flower delivery experiences.
When you order flowers online, we don’t believe you should simply be a last-minute gift choice (though our same-day flower delivery option does help with that!). Flowers at their best can truly excite the senses, whatever the occasion, whatever the location: from Mother’s Day flowers in London to Valentine’s Day flowers in Los Angeles.
Every item that you see on our site is utterly unique to the local florist who crafts it, which means it will also be unique to the sender and loved one who receives it. We don’t believe in providing our florists with generic guidelines, instead, we let them create bouquets based on nature’s seasonality and their own creative instincts.

How does flowers delivery with Floom work?
Enter the delivery postcode to browse unique bouquets from independent local florists in that area. Choose your favourite design and our florist partner will handcraft and deliver the flowers directly to your recipient.
Do you offer same-day and next-day flowers delivery in the UK?
Yes. Same-day flowers delivery is available in many areas across the UK when you order by 1pm, up to 6pm in some locations! Next-day delivery is available when you place your order by midnight.
Can I get flowers delivered on weekends or schedule a future date in the UK?
Many of our UK florists offer weekend and Sunday delivery. You can also schedule your order up to 45 days in advance by selecting your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Can I personalise my order with add-ons or a gift message?
Yes. You can add chocolates, candles, vases, balloons and more to your order. Every order includes a notecard for your personal gift message.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
During checkout, you can let us know what to do if the recipient is not available, such as leaving the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. Your gift will be left securely wherever possible.
What if there is a problem with my flowers delivery?
Your flowers are carefully packaged and hand-delivered by local florists. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer eco-friendly flowers delivery options in the UK?
Many of our UK florists use sustainable packaging and source seasonal flowers. Choosing a local florist instead of shipping flowers across the country also helps lower the carbon footprint of your delivery.
