Floom was very user friendly and provided great service. I had a delivery issue and they were incredibly responsive - on a Sunday no less - and everything got sorted and the recipient absolutely loved the flowers. Will d…efinitely be using them again!

Terrible service and ruined valentines day. I purchased flowers from this website and paid extra for same-day delivery which was promised if I placed my order before 1pm. I ordered before 9am. The order was not delivered… at all - they cancelled and said they were too busy. Issue is, they only cancelled the order the day after Valentines so I wasn't even able to make alternative arrangements and purchase from another store because they kepy saying it would be delivered. Horrific service and experience. Stay away.

I am furious with this company!!! I ordered and paid for flowers to b delivered same day for a birthday to a very special person that her gift was delayed so I went to this website and did everything to have them deliver…ed!!!! I emailed and called all day with no reply until 2 AM this morning asking me if the address was correct!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER NOW IM TRYING TO REFIUND AND NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!
Hello Terri, I'm so sorry our florist partner was not able to complete the delivery of your order on the date requested. I see it failed on the day and we offered a redelivery which was declined. We have since processed… a full refund of the product price which will take 5-7 business days. Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).

Description
This arrangement features luxe blooms in vibrant shades of chartreuse, fuchsia, and coral. This design is styled in a white washed wooden box. Calla lilies, Roses and Hydrangea are fashioned into a custom gift that is sure to put a smile on the recipients face. Some containers due to shipping and flowers due to seasonal availability may not be available but we will do our best to keep the same over feel of the design.
