Delivered to Austin
I had asked that the deliverer ring the doorbell when arriving with the flowers. The recipient was home when the flowers were delivered and no bell was rung, so they would have been left outside had I not seen the email… noting the delivery. Flowers themselves are beautiful, though.
Thank you for taking the time to review us! We value all feedback received here at Floom, we can see your order did have the instruction to Ring doorbell, our partner florists do their best to accommodate all requests… made on all orders placed. We are sorry that on this occasion if those instruction notes were not followed by the delivery service used to complete the delivery to your recipient. We are pleased to read that the flowers themselves were beautifully received and do hope your recipient loved your thoughtful gift and we thank you for choosing Floom! Best Wishes Floom Team
