The flowers that were sent to my friend were beautiful, but not the ones I ordered. Floor customer service quickly gave me a credit, but it wasn't a great experience, as they were red and purple vs. the yellow and white that I ordered.

The flower pattern is very beautiful and the delivery was timely. A great and beautiful order.

The flowers were very pretty but were delivered a day early, which wasn't ideal as it was meant to be a birthday surprise. But customer service was very responsive and professional.

My girlfriend loved the heart-shaped yellow lily bouquet. Really impressive design very unique and one of a kind. She received 3 compliments on her walk from the car through her lobby and up to the apartment. Very professional place they even called me the day of delivery to make sure nothing changed about my delivery instructions. Will definitely order from floom again!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day, two days ahead of time. At 5 PM on Mother's day, I got an email saying that they had been delivered. They never were delivered. 24 hour doorman building, so no problem getting deliveries.
