i paid for same delivery and it didn't happen, but they did refund the same day delivery fee.

This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out. Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"

Ordered flowers for relative in LA (I live in London). Easy in terms of checkout etc. Gave my relatives American number, delivered but left on the wall outside rather than actually knocking the door first. Also I opted for a ‘deal of the day’ (florist choice), it was a gamble but flowers that were chosen turned out to be lovely. However I paid for a superior size bunch and they looked like they were lacking from the picture I saw. Would use again though for convenience & the person receiving the flowers loved them.

Didn't deliver in time

No phone number, no customer service.

Even though the flowers weren't available same day, the florists called me immediately and communicated clearly what they could to resolve the issue. It was a great experience and the flowers arrived on time the next day.

Gorgeous flowers; easy purchase process. The "live" updates for same-day delivery were definitely not live haha - the delivery confirmation email came I think 2 days later. Otherwise, it's great.

The flowers were gorgeous but arrived on Saturday instead of Friday, which completely ruined the surprise I was hoping to plan. Also I did not here back from customer service when trying to track down my order on Friday night

A wonderful experience yet again. Recipient requested a different delivery address of the deliverer and they were really accommodating, happily Redelivering the next day to another address. And the flowers were gorgeous, I saw them in a thank you video I received. Thank you, Floom!

I absolutely loved this service. The website was easy to navigate for some last-minute same-day flowers to a friend. I spotted a beautiful arrangement and in minutes I had confirmation it was on its way. Super easy to purchase and very clear to understand. I also LOVED the information re: delivery (what to do if no ones home, how to drop things off). It all felt very thoughtful and designed for best customer experience. Absolutely recommending to friends and sisters. I was literally excitedly talking about how easy it was to my desk mates at work, as I was placing the order.

I needed a small bouquet for same day and Floom delivered a beautiful arrangement within a few hours. The price was so reasonable for the urgency with which I needed it! Would recommend for all of your flower needs!

I ordered same day delivery for my partner's opening night, but the flower's never showed up. The next day I had to call multiple times until finally they said to me that the driver had "some issues" and wasn't able to make it. They could've at least deliverd the flowers late, but they just abandoned it and never even notified me.

I ordered with Floom in an attempt to patron a local business and was very disappointed by my experience. Although my order was marked as "delivered", I found out several days later (after many emails back and forth with customer service) that it had NOT been delivered by the 3rd party vendor. This was a condolence bouquet and was not received for over a week after it had been ordered. Very unhappy with my experience with Floom and will not be utilizing their service again.

My flowers were delivered on time & they looked beautiful. Myself & the recipient of the flowers was very happy!

I have used floom 3x now and really loved the idea of being able to select flowers from aggregated local flower shops. However when I encountered an issue (charged my card but purchase didn’t process on Floom.com) I had to jump through hoops to reach customer service and had to follow up twice (2nd CS person was way more helpful and informative). Site could use more filter options and overall I will give it another chance but not being able to easily access CS during issues makes me wary.
