I’m very sorry to hear about your experience — flowers should never arrive with an unpleasant smell, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
I wanted to let you know that we’ve already issued a 25% refund to your original payment method. In addition, our partner florist has requested a photo of the flowers you received so they can investigate what went wrong and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The service was very convenient so I really can't fault it for that. The downside was the fact the flowers delivered weren't what I ordered. Clapham Flowers called to inform me and given the fact I had promised flowers, I was kinda stuck with what they had available. I ordered tulips and peonies were delivered. Thankfully the gesture was enough, but overall I may do it in person next time, or call a flower shop directly to ensure what arrives is what I ordered.

Your plant's pot should have holes in the bottom so it is able to drain water easily.
If reusing a pot that had other plants in it, it is recommended you wash the pot, killing any mould or bacteria
Do not over water your plant as the roots will rot.
Most plants need to be kept by a good source of natural light.
You should fertilise your plant every two months. You can use all purpose fertiliser.
Any dead or fallen leaves should be removed to prevent bacteria and mould. Dead branches should also be removed.
