The flowers were lovely. They were for the wife of my best friend and ordered for a specific delivery date being the anniversary of my best friend’s death. I chose Floom because I could specify the date for delivery but,… they weren’t delivered until the following day. I believe this was a courier issue but the choice of courier is Floom’s not mine. I won’t be using Floom again.

Clean your vase to prevent bacteria.
Fill 2/3 of vase with water.
Remove any leaves under water to prevent bacteria.
Cut 2-3cm off each stem every few days.
Change water when it becomes discoloured and top it up when needed.
Keep flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Remove wilting flowers to prevent from mould (Botrytis).
