Flowers seem okay but surprise was spoilt as I was not sent any delivery update so it was not clear if flowers had been delivered and to whom. I had to follow up a number of times. Didn't get any proof of delivery despite persom saying he would make sure I would get proof. Also the merchant was too personal in his responses and making assumptions about the receipients . It felt uncomfortable. Has put me off using Floom again

This is the second year running that I had the same bouquet from F For Flower delivered to my sister on her birthday. She absolutely loves the colors and the arrangement, and said that the delivery was timely and without issue. Highly recommend F For Flower and Floom.
