I was quite happy with the flowers as the recipient sent me a picture of it. However, i was disappointed with the service. Even though I had requested an earlier delivery as possible, it only arrived in the evening at close to end of your delivery day. I am very disappointed with this as it was the recipient’s special birthday and most of the day was gone for her to enjoy it. Luckily she received it before she went out for dinner and away for the weekend. I had ordered it 2 days ahead and contemplated whether to deliver one day ahead but then it is not on her birthday. Not very happy with the service is the answer.

The delivery was quick but the flower bouquet doesn’t look the same as in the picture. There wasn’t a lot of flowers and the colour was completely different. Very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.
