I ordered the flowers at short notice, they arrived on time and were beautiful and beautifully presented. There were no problems with ordering from Australia for a local London delivery.
The flowers are great. I just wish the "10:00-18:00" delivery actually happened in that time frame, not later. In fact, I ordered 2 days in advance, so having the delivery earlier in the day would be nice. On the other hand, I understand 8 of March is a very busy day.
I'm a big fan of Floom. Great choice of florists and same day delivery if you need it. This time I was disappointed as I went to see the recipient the next day and the colour scheme I'd selected (all green and white named "elegance" in the bouquet description) was not followed and the effect was much less beautiful in execution than it had been in the photo I'd picked.

I ordered flowers for the hotel Reception. The courier didn't even call the person to inform him that the flowers were left for him, so the flowers have been standing uncollected for the second day.. I had to call and look for them myself.. Not a good experience...

Floom is my favourite florist to use in London. When I was in a long distance relationship we would use Floom for special occasions and birthdays. Their service is quick and their drivers are so attentive and kind. Recently my best friend lost her brother and I sent her favourite flowers (sunflowers) and the driver delivered to her doorstep and called my friend to let her know where he was leave them which she felt was so kind. Beautiful, reasonably-priced, fresh, well-presented gift bouquet delivered in promised window to the right place (guest at a London hotel). Only quibble is that 1/2 the flower types or colours were different from advertised pictures. Overbalanced the bouquet to yellow, which was slightly disappointing, but not devastating. Guess it depends on seasonal availability as to final product produced. Might have liked to have a say on what was substituted, particularly in terms of colour swaps.

enjoyed the ease with which I was able to order flowers for delivery, only improvement I would make is if you were able to actually track delivery or have a more specific delivery window - as between 10am and 6pm makes it difficult, hard to guarantee a recipient will be in the same place for that 8 hour period.
