Flowers delivered are of a high quality, delivered bit later in the day (mid day) would of preferred early morning as valentine's day but understand was busy day, Asked to be left in safe place (out of sight) but was left on front door in full veiw luckily still there I arrived home from work

I have been using Floom for a couple years. Bearing in mind that in many cases they are relying on independent florist partners to fulfill orders, the quality and consistency of flower bouquets have been good. On the rare instance when orders have fallen below expected quality Floom as stepped up and made good on the order.

Very lovely bouquet that arrived on time and they were very helpful when the first florist fell through at the last minute.

Excellent range of flowers and florists. Good at fixing any problems. Use no-one else.

The order was delivered in great condition in a very timely manner on Valentine's Day, I will definitely purchase from Floom again!

I ordered six red roses for Valentine's Day. Five of the roses were nice, one was old, damaged and had a very short stem (pictures provided below).

Flowers never arrived. Customer service couldn’t “get in contact with the florist”. Whatever that means. Doesn’t seem like a properly run company. It was only after this happened that I looked through the reviews. Don’t be fooled by the 4 stars. Every other review was the same complaint; the flowers never came. And some that came DAYS late came dead looking. Don’t waste your money.

So easy to organise on the website and the flowers are ALWAYS beautiful. Never let me down, always reliable. Would highly recommend.

Flowers were not delivered. Three days later, they are still “at florist”. Terrible.

I’ve had mixed success w sending my sister flowers overseas - till Floom. Amazing quality! On time. Just beautiful.

Didn't tell me my order wouldn't make it on time, then cancelled once I chased it up a few days later.

Very expensive deluxe bouquet ordered for my friend - what arrived was not at all like the picture and prob worth around half the cost. Very disappointed and customer service require many pictures (which are very hard to obtain when you buy as a gift!) before they even investigate.

Disappointing that the tracking information has an inaccuracy of over 4/5 hours, the flowers had been delivered for 5 hours before my tracking information updated.. a huge shame.

Awful service on this occasion Iordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the 6th of August and they still have not been delivered. I contacted customer service who told me they will verify and I have not heard back.

It was very easy to send flowers from the US to UK. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed 2 days. Customer service was good. I was notified of the new delivery date to continue with the order or cancel with a total refund. Just very disappointed that the arrangement is late.

Lovely flowers- different than on majority of the websites. The ordering process was quick and easy and communication was sufficient.

The bouquet was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and it was very convenient that I could order same-day delivery. There was a small issue with the order however that was dealt with brilliantly -excellent communication.

My order was not delivered on time, and has not yet been delivered. There is no obvious way to seek help from their website, or contact details for whom to follow up with.

I had a couple of great experiences with Floom, but unfortunately on the last two occasions that I have booked through them the flowers have failed to arrive. Very disappointing
